Hello!
How are you doing? It’s been 3 month since the new season has started in Japan.
“I would think about moving out before paying for renewing the lease”
“Or I would think about moving out with no reason…”
Is anybody thinking about this??
“But it is not a reality that I need to pay much money to move and start a new life. I have to ask moving company, buy new furniture, etc…”
This opinion is majority.
Deposit, key money, commission fee…you need to pay 3 or 4 times as monthly rent to rent a room.
For example, if you live in studio type of apartment in Sangenjyaya (in Tokyo) where many famous people live in, the average monthly rent is 85,000 yen (about 800 US dollars)(According to a website from real estate agency).
If you move in here, total is about 340,000 yen (About 3000 dollars) with deposit, commission fee, key money, rent, and so on)
If you ask a moving company, you have to pay that fee. Also if you leave your home, you have to purchase furniture.
“I want to live in Sangenjyaya, but I don’t want to spend much money.”
But, our sharehouse and studio type of apartment need only “Handling fee” “One month rent” and “Utilities fee” to move in.
Our sharehouse “Ma Maison Sangenjyaya” (Women Only) is 13 min walk from Sangenjyaya station, Tokyu Dennentoshi Line. (3 min to Shibuya station)
You need 30,000 yen (Handling fee), 42,000 yen (Rent), 12,000 yen (Utilities fee)….
Total: 84,000 yen to move in.
This is an initial fee! (The cheapest room in this house)
In addition, there are desk, chair, bed, refrigerator, and air conditioner in a room.
Large space of kitchen has kitchen utensils and tableware.
You can use not only washing machine but also dryer.
Every monthly rent is only 54,000 yen (rent + utilities fee)
This is women only sharehouse so I can’t live in here but it is attracting to be able to live in with this fees.
As the example,
・Blue: Rent
・Green: Utilities fee
・Red: Handling fee
・Purple: Cleaning fee
・Light blue: Fire insurance and etc
It depends on the grade of property and the size of a room but I want you to see the fees except for rent and utilities fee.
This is genuine initial fee.
For us, it is only 30,000 yen!
We don’t take cleaning fee or fire insurance so we can provide this with relatively cheaper fees.
We have a house manager to one sharehouse called “House Coordinator.
We clean the common space in the house and bring the daily goods, and also clean a room after moving out.
For me, I do everything for my house with responsibility for better conditions.
That’s why, people don’t need to pay much money.
I introduced Sangenjyaya this time as the example but we have some discount campaigns for some houses below;
・Firsthouse Ichigao (26 min to Shibuya)
・Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+b (14 min to Shibuya)
・Ma Maison Oomori (Women Only) (11 min to Shinagawa)
・Ma Maison Hakuraku (Women only) (4 min to Yokohama)
・Firsthouse Gumyouji (8 min to Yokohama)
・Firsthouse Kita-Matsudo (15 min to Kita-Senjyu/ 25 min to Ueno)
