Here is the procedure to move in to a guesthouse.

■The visit of a room desired
In a day of the visit, a staff will guide from nearest Station to a house.
If you have any questions, please take this opportunity .
The visit when there is not the staff is not possible.。
The address of the house in the time of the contract will be told.。
■payment of a handling fee（During the campaign the campaign price）
- ●When you want to keep the room
- Please pay the handling fee to a specified account in the bank transfer or cash.
One week from the payment day can keep a room.
But it is not refundable a handling fee even if contract was canceled.。
If there were several people who wish the same room, The person who paid handlingfee earlier, can take the priority. - ●When you want to Contract
- Please pay the rent and handling fee by cash or transfer to a designated account .
- ●Handling fee・・・The price of the handling fee ｆor the guesthouse is \10000~15000,studio is \20000~30000.
- For this price, even if there is not refundable for any reason.
■Contract
・・・What you need on the day・・・ Amount needed, seal, identity card
- ◆Payment
- ※If the contract before the 15th of the month, initial cost will be one month rent (The remaining pro-rated rent will be charged as next month.), and handling fee.
※If the contract after the 16th of the month, initial cost will be a pro-rate rent of this month and the rent of next month and a handling fee. - ◆Payment of rent
- ※Please pay in cash at the time of the contract.

- The identification card please take either of ① or ②,③ than follows.
- ①Driver’s license in Japan
- ②Head shot (photo speed passport is also acceptable) + copy of the residence certificate (usually containing an original domicile)
