This sharehouse is opened in 2013 but still very clean. With open-minded living room and kitchen, residents make much use of them in cooking and relaxing here.
There are dining table and sofa, so residents cook and eat together, watch TV together, and enjoy together.
This sharehouse is not so big so the residents are relatively close to each other, so they are friendly. If you start to live in Japan, you should choose this sharehouse!
Shower, water basin, and washing machine are separated between men and women so you don’t have to care about different sex.
More...Currently, residents are in their 20’s and 30’s. A few of them are Japanese and most are from foreign countries. We recommend this sharehouse to those who live in sharehouse for the first time because the residents are good to each other.
There is a convenience store right next to the sharehouse so it is really 0 min walk!
The entrance of the house is electric auto-locked door, so don’t worry about security.
The surrounding area is in a residential area, and there is a few schools and parks.
It is very convenient to commute to Tokyo (Ueno and AKihabara).

Private life is also important
Depending on a room, the rent and the size of rooms are different, so please choose based on your budget and structure.Basic equipment are bed, air conditioner, refrigerator, and hanger rack. If you would like to bring furniture by yourself, you can do so. Also, you can change the place of furniture so please arrange for more comfortable style.
Keys of all rooms are number key, so you never lose the key. This is sharehouse but you can protect your own privacy.

This building is close to the station, about 10 min walk from the house. You can buy fresh foods and something convenient at Daiso. There are a few more supermarkets and drug stores near here.

Every year fireworks display is held in Matsudo. Summer season makes us like to have BBQ party!

The municipal athletic park has a athletic gym. Some of residents go and work out here before or after work.

Surrounding area is residential and quiet. There is a junior and high school in front of the house and the park is close, so this area is very relaxing place.
Good access to Kashiwa, Matsudo, and Tokyo. If you ride a bicycle, you can be more active.
Of course, there are some bicycle and motorcycle parking lots behind the house.
In the house, there are women only bathroom, shower room, and washing machine. And there are plenty of kitchen utensils so you don't have to buy anything to prepare a new life!
