＼2024/6 New open Campus Living Eco-da／ Access, rooms, neighborhood information♪ - share house in Japan, Tokyo. [interwhao]

Hello everyone,

This time, I would like to introduce the rooms at Campus Living Eco-da,

which just opened in June 2024, as well as the area around the property! (*‘ω‘ *)

We have divided the information into three categories:

【Accessibility to Shin-Ekoda and Ekoda Stations】, 【Rooms】, and 【Area Information】!

 

①【Accessibility to Shin-Ekoda and Ekoda Stations】

First of all, for those of you who are not familiar with Shin-Ekoda or Ekoda station,

let me explain how accessible it is! (*^^)v

First of all, please see this map!

The closest stations to Campus Living Eco-da are Shin-egoda Station on the Oedo Line and Ekoda Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line.

It only takes about 1 minute to walk to Shin-Ekoda station!

Shin-egokoda Station → Shinjuku Station 15 min.

Shin-Ekoda Station → Shibuya Station 30 min.

Shin-Ekoda Station → Harajuku Station 27 min.

 

Ekoda Station can also be reached in 8 minutes on foot!

Ekoda Station → Ikebukuro Station 6 min.

As shown above, access to the city center is excellent!

This makes it easy to commute to work, school, or go out on holidays! (*^▽^*)

 

②【Rooms】

Next, let me show you the inside of the room!

Like in our previous report, “We caught up with the daily life of a resident who attends a Japanese language school in Eco-da!”, I took a look inside the rooms of actual residents,

Let’s get started!

Here’s the entranceway and shoe box!

There’s enough storage space for 5 pairs of shoes . (^O^)／

Next is the shower room!

It has a mirror and a storage shelf where you can put your shampoo and face wash♪

You can hang a lathering net or towel on the handle.

Then the kitchen♪

It has shelves for storage, so there is no need to put cupboards, etc. to make the space smaller!

The IH stove is also great!!

Of course, there is plenty of storage under the sink!

In addition to kitchen knives, it looks like you can also store something!

Next to the sink is a refrigerator!

In addition to the refrigerator, there is a microwave oven, toaster oven, and rice cooker!  ＼(◎o◎)／！

Finally, let’s take a look at the rooms!

Unlike the room we introduced in the previous article,

“We caught up with the daily life of a resident who attends a Japanese language school in Eco-da!”,

this time the resident has a mattress in the loft, making the first floor space more spacious!

We also had a look inside the closet!

It has enough storage space for one person!

And what’s more, this closet is deep and has shelves,

You can store various things like this!

The loft beds had a very simple and clean layout!

By making good use of the loft, the space can be divided,

It feels as if there are two rooms! (´▽｀)

Campus Living Eco-da with a veranda is also equipped with a washing machine!

 

③【Area Information】

Next, let’s look at the stores around the property!

Here is a map of the area!

There are many stores around Campus Living Eco-da, and they are very convenient!

The map only shows a small portion of the stores due to space limitations,

In fact, there are more stores, parks, and other facilities than shown on the map!

We have picked out a few stores from this list,

Please take a look!

First, let’s start with the supermarket, which is indispensable for daily life!

Maruetsu is open from 6:00 to 25:00!

It only takes about 1 minute from Campus Living Eco-da!

Too convenient!  (´ﾟдﾟ｀)

Next is Family Mart!

This store is really located near the entrance of Shin-Ekoda Station, so you can use it on your way to work or school!

Next is a drugstore!

Please visit us for your medicines and daily necessities.

And LUUP is set up in front of the store!

It would be quite refreshing if you could use it on your days off or when you need a change of scenery!

This is also about 1 minute from Campus Living Eco-da, so it is easy to use and return!

This is Mos Burger!

It is located on Ekoda Dori,

and if you go north on this street,

you will reach Ekoda Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line!

 

Domino’s Pizza on Ekoda Dori has some table for customers, so you can enjoy a freshly baked pizza!

You can enjoy a freshly baked pizza! (´～｀)

Of course, it is within walking distance from Campus Living Eco-da,

Then you can take your pizza home and get a half-price discount!
