share house in Japan, Tokyo. [interwhao] > Happiness Report > House information > 2 New Sharehouses opened in July 2018 in Nakano and Ikebukuro-Nishi!!
Hello!!
We have managed sharehouses and studio type apartment for 18 years in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama Prefecture.
In July 2018, we opened 2 new sharehouses in Nakano where it takes 5 min train ride for Shinjuku, and Higashi Nagasaki where it takes 5 min train ride for Ikebukuro(^^)/
Let’s go and see them!!
Let’s talk about Nakano first.
The famous thing in Nakano is “Nakano Broadway” a shopping street.
You will see the standard shops (Fashion and restaurant), and also fashionable grocery stores and shops related to Japanese Anime and comics along this street. Not only Japanese but also many foreigners visit here.
The nearest station of Nakano is, you know, Nakano station.
You can use JR Chuo Line and Tokyo Metro Touzai Line.
If you use JR Chuo Line,
・5 min for Shinjuku
・6 min for Ogikubo
・10 min for Kichijyoji
・10 min for Yotsuya
・16 min for Ochanomizu
・19 min for Kanda
・20 min for Tokyo
・・・・・
How convenient here isヽ(^。^)ノ
This is the best train line for work, school, and hanging out with friends!
Even if you need to transfer the train, the stations above have lots of different train lines, one of the most convenient areas here.
And if you use Tokyo Metro Touzai Line,
・5 min for Takadanobaba
・15 min for Kudanshita
・20 min for Ootemachi
・21 min for Nihonbashi
Touzai Line is also connected to many business places in Tokyo.
You may separate the work and school from the daily life♪
About the rent you may care, according to a website of Lifull Home’s which has the information of the most properties in Japan, the average rent in this area of studio type of apartment is 71,500 yen (about 700 US dollars)
How about Cozy Share Nakano??
The rent is…. 60,000 ~ 63,000 yen!! (About 600 US dollars)
The rent varies depending on the size of rooms and stories, about 10,000 yen (about 100 US dollars) is cheaper compared to a studio type of apartment.
Utilities fee (Internet, gas, water, electricity) is 12,000 yen(about 110 US dollars).
If you sum it to the rent, it’s still 72,000 yen to 75,000 yen (About 700 US dollars)
For us, you need to pay 30,000 yen (About 300 US dollars) as handling fee for the first month.
If you rent a studio type of apartment, you usually need to pay brokerage fee, deposit, key money, and so on.
Furthermore, you need to purchase the furniture and Electric appliances to get ready for a new life.
Our rooms have bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, desk, and chair. Therefore, you don’t need to buy them.
Also, there is a hook for drying clothes near the ceiling in a room.
The house entrance is electric auto-locked and Intercom is installed, so you don’t have to worry about the security.
Delivery box is also set up, so even if you are not home and a delivery person cannot hand in to you, the delivery person will leave your stuff in the delivery box. He/she will leave the notice paper into your mailbox which has the key code to open the delivery box.
If you enter the key code, then you can receive the delivery.
This sharehouse is one of the most convenient places commuting to the central of Tokyo in Interwhao.
Higashi Nagasaki station which is nearest staition is in Seibu Ikebukuro Line, 2 stops from Ikebukuro station.
Only the users of Seibu Ikebukuro Line or neighbors may know this area…
Compared to other main stations and main train lines, most stations in Seibu Ikebukuro Line are located in quiet residential areas in my opinion.
Stations are not that big which makes you forget that you live in Tokyo. That’s how much you can relax to live along this train line.
There are, of course, supermarkets, convenience stores, 100 yen shop, bakery stores, and other convenient stores around Higashi Nagasaki station.
Best place for living!!
Even though the place of Higashi Nagasaki is located in a quiet residential area, it takes only 5 min for Ikebukuro station.
Then, our sharehouse “Cozy Share Ikebukuro-Nishi” is 5 min walk from Higashi Nagasaki station.
There are two more stations in 2 train lines that you can use if you live in this sharehouse.
One is Ochiai Minami Nagasaki station in Toei Ooedo Line (10 min walk)
The other one is Senkawa station in Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line (15 min walk)
If you use Toei Ooedo Line・・・
・13 min for Shinjuku
・20 min for Aoyama Ichome
・22 min for Roppongi
Good places for work, school, and hanging out with friends(^_^)v
If you use Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line・・・
・3 min for Ikebukuro (Yurakucho LIne & Fukutoshin Line)
・13 min for Shinjuku Sanchome (Fukutoshin Line)
・16 min for Ichigaya (Yurakucho Line)
・20 min for Shibuya (Fukutoshin Line)
・20 min for Nagatacho(Yurakucho Line)
・24 min for Yurakucho Line(Yurakucho Line)
(Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line are the same place to get in a train but the goal is different)
Normally, if you go to Shibuya from Higashi Nagasaki,
Higashi Nagasaki (Seibu Ikebukuro Line)→Ikebukuro(JR Yamanote Line)→Shibuya
So if you walk 15 min to Senkawa station from Cozy Share Ikebukuro-Nishi, you can get to Shibuya without transferring a train.
Then let’s talk about the rent.
The rent of this sharehouse is between 51,000 yen and 54,000 yen (about 500 US dollars)
Well, is this expensive or not…?
According to Lifull HOME’s, the average rent in studio type apartment is 59,000 yen (about 570 US dollars)
Our sharehouse is cheaper in 5,000 ~ 8,000 yen (40 ~ 70 US dollars ) than a studio type apartment.
Of course, there are bed, refrigerator, air conditioner, desk, and chair. So you can reduce the initial cost(^_^)
The house entrance is electric auto-locked and 3 stories here.
And the 3rd floor is only for women so men cannot enter. (-.-)
Moreover, there are a bathroom, shower room, washing machine, and drier in each floor. So you don’t have to go up and down stairs!
Intercom is also set up in the house so the security is fine!
We set the delivery box here as well so you can receive your stuff even if you are not at home.
How are these sharehouse?
“Cozy Share Nakano” and “Cozy Share Ikebukuro-Nishi”」 opened in July 2018.
It would be helpful for me to tell you some good points of these areas and sharehouses.(^o^)
There is no complaint in terms of places.
You may not be able to have a calm life if you live closer than here to the central Tokyo since many people walk around, and restaurants and other stores are also close to where you live.
You may not be able to relax or take a rest if the surrounding environment is noisy and busy.
“I want to live in close to the central Tokyo but want to have a quiet and calm life”
If you think this way, we recommend these sharehouses.
We all are looking forward to your inquiry!!
Renewal Open in March 20th!!
Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.
In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.
Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.
