2025.1 Green share Nishi Ogikubo open! (Vol 1)

Hello everyone!

I have a sudden but important announcement to make to all of you!

To my surprise, a new property, “Green Share Nishi Ogikubo” is scheduled to open in January 2025!

The building will be our largest share house by far, with a total of 79 rooms on 5 floors.

We expect to have residents from all over the world, not just Japanese,

We expect to have a wide range of residents from students to working adults.

We are currently in the middle of the construction work and are moving forward at a rapid pace so that everyone will be able to move in.

Nearest station: 7 minutes walk from Nishi Ogikubo station on JR Chuo line.

Working room, fitness room, etc. are available in the property.

All rooms are furnished with furniture (desk, chair, bed) and electrical appliances (air conditioner, refrigerator).

【Living room】

The living room is currently being prepared for remodeling, so this is just an illustration,

After the remodeling, a dining table, sofa, and TV will be set up just like the illustration here,

After the renovation, a dining table, sofa, and TV will be installed just like in the illustration, providing a relaxing space for residents to enjoy meals and chatting.

【Entrance Hall】

This is the space at the end of the entrance hall on the first floor.

The large window overlooks the courtyard, creating a different atmosphere from the living room in the back.

The courtyard is lit up in the evening, so you can relax in a different view than in the daytime.

This room is also currently under preparation for renovation, but will be finished as shown in the illustration.

This is a photo of the actual courtyard.

The property’s green share image provides a space full of greenery.

Not only can you view it from the living room or entrance hall, but you can also enjoy a cup of coffee or a good book on the bench in the back or on the wooden deck in the front.

【Pesonal room】

This is an actual Pesonal room.

The room is 6.9 to 7.1 tatami mats in size.

Furniture (desk, chair, bed) and appliances (air conditioner, refrigerator), closet, balcony are included.

Furniture and curtains vary from room to room.
