This year is almost end.

Time really flies but there is still very big event remained!!

That’s Christmas Party!!

We plan to do the party in some sharehouses this year again but we’ll report the last Christmas Party last year!

Regular joint event of Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a& b

The year end is being close. So!

We held the Christmas event in Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+b!

Like I said the party takes place regularly, the residents of Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a joined this party!

Everyone is looking forward to meals

There are lots of residents who cook everyday and are good at cooking in Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a&b.

Avocado salad, Caesar salad, and roast beef!

Plus, Ahijo with seafood.

Lots of drinks as well.

Looks like there are only sweet alcohol and juice but there is another refrigerator next to this. It is only for beers.

Totally, there were 50 cans of beer but they were gone more quickly than we expected.

I underestimated it because it is winter and cold. I bought more beers again…

I’ll show you the details of party later but let me show the hand-made cake by some residents of Firsthouse Mizonokuchi a.

They also brought spaghetti but I forgot to take a picture. The cake looks small in this picture but it was actually bigger than you think.

Free time right away!

Please help yourself. The living room is huge so there is no problem even if many people come.

There are lots of nationalities and languages seeing, talking, and hearing.

There are some residents meeting each other for the first time at this party. So this party must have triggered the relationship between them.

We will be glad that residents feel fun and get to know each other.

There is a billiard in the lounge which residents of Mizonokuchi a enjoyed it especially.

Supposed to start from 7 PM but only about 5 residents gathered. Slow-starter as usual….1

Around 8 PM, about 15 people were gathering finally. Some residents invited their friends and ex-residents joined this party as well.

Some of residents asked “When is the next party?”  They seemed to be glad to have this party.

This event lasted till 11 PM. We had to finish this party this time because we needed to consider the neighbors.

So after the party, some of residents were still in the lounge with being quiet somehow.

Conclusion

To find a sharehouse, most people worry about what kind of people live in.

Even if the property is very good but the residents are not good enough for you, you may get tired.

Of course, it is impossible to find 100% match with your condition.

However, it must be fun to find a good sharehouse mates through these events.

This area is good access to Tokyo and other areas so many business persons and students live in these properties.

The number of vacant rooms is getting less. So you should check and book here.
