It’s late March but are you ready for a new life?

Three months have already passed this year, and we are about to enter April.

Green Share Miyazakidai, which opened this year, is gradually gaining residents, and once we have a few more people, we are planning to hold an opening event while taking measures to prevent the spread of corona infection.

Now, Miyazakidai also has something that reminds us of spring.

It’s… cherry blossoms…!

As you exit Miyazakidai Station on the Denentoshi Line, there are many cherry trees right in front of you, commonly known as “Sakura-zaka” (cherry blossom hill).

The station itself is not that big, but the area is filled with people who come to see the cherry blossoms.

The shooting time was around 9:00 a.m., so there weren’t many people on the street yet.

But there were a few people here and there who were taking pictures of the cherry blossoms as I was.

 

I guess those who live in apartments in front of the station will have a different view of the cherry blossoms since they can look down from the upper floors. LOL

 

Yesterday, due to the weather being rainy, windy and rough, we were not blessed with clear skies this morning as there were still a lot of clouds, but beautiful things still look beautiful.

Also, if you look closely, the clouds are also somewhat fantastic…LOL.

 

In spring, the area is filled with cherry blossoms, but in fall, there are many ginkgo trees nearby, and we hope to bring you more pictures of the area around the station at that time!

 

“Green Share Miyazakidai” is based in such a serene living environment, and is currently running a campaign.

    Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
