First house Haneda　walk around

Hello. I’m Kinoshita, house manager of First House Haneda.

I think most people have used it once.

What! !! !! There is a share house near Haneda Airport.
The nearest station is Otorii, which is a station on the Keikyu Airport Line.
Although it is located in Tokyo, it is known for its good access to Kawasaki Station and Yokohama Station,
which are the main stations in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Around the station, there are restaurants, convenience stores, old-fashioned shopping streets,
and 24-hour shops, making it an excellent place to live.
This time I took a walk around Otorii station, so I would like to introduce it.

 

How long does it take to transfer or get to the main station?

 

 

Otorii Station has up and down lines on the Keikyu Airport Line. Uphill is for Shinagawa / Yokohama, and downhill is for Haneda Airport.

Otorii Station is attractive because it is close to the airport and Shinagawa Station. It takes about 10 minutes to Shinagawa Station, about 11 minutes to Keikyu Kawasaki Station, and about 20 minutes to Yokohama Station by taking the Airport Express, without changing trains. If you change trains at Keikyu Kamata Station and then to JR at Shinagawa Station, you can reach Tokyo Station in a total of about 30 minutes.

 

What about gourmet food around Otorii Station?

 

 

Around Otorii Station, there are many restaurants, mainly family restaurants and izakaya chains. Along National Route 131, which connects Otorii Station and Omori Station, there are a wide variety of restaurants such as ramen shops, tempura shops, and charcoal fire bars. There are many izakaya such as kushiyaki and yakitori in front of the station, so it is recommended to have a drink after work or at a short time.

Old, new and nostalgic Rental old folk house & kitchen sometimes cafe.

The inside of the store looks like this. It is a space that is nearly 70 years old and you can feel the atmosphere of an old Japanese house, but you can also feel the modern atmosphere. We rent out an entire old one-story house with a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils. When I talk to the shopkeeper … There are various ways to use YOICHI. He said that it would be great if we could create a space and community where everyone in the community could easily gather. Alumni association for tea party and lunch party. Event space, gallery, lesson classroom, party venue, etc. A space where you can create various scenes is also recommended as a shooting location. The cafe opens twice a week from time to time.

The curry was really tasty!

Hotel near Haneda Airport [BEAGLE TOKYO] Teppan Johnny located on the 1st floor. As the name suggests, there is an “iron plate” in the center of the restaurant, and there are counter seats that sit around it.     Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
