First house Haneda ♪You can choose from 9rooms♪

Hi I’m Kinoshita, the house manager of First House Haneda.

First House Haneda was newly opened in March 2020, I would like to introduce some of the 9 rooms.

The first is kitchen dining, which is said to be the face of a share house.

The kitchen dining is simple and chic. We have all the toasters, microwave ovens, and cooking utensils, so if you usually cook well, I think it would be awesome.

 There is each has one kitchen box under the kitchen counter, so you can put seasonings in it.

When you leave the dining room, you will find private rooms facing the spacious corridor.

There are 9 rooms in total, which are furnished with sophisticated furniture.

There are 4 types of flooring for each private room, and rooms with 3 or more colored walls are available.

We change the color of the wallpaper and are particular about the design. You can also buy new furniture and accessories yourself and enjoy creating a more comfortable space.

 

 

 

We are particular about the details of the places that everyone shares and uses, such as shower rooms, washrooms, and toilets.

The shower room and washroom are finished in a calm atmosphere, and the toilet uses a refreshing light blue accent cloth. A cute pink cloth is used for the women’s toilet.

Close to the gateway to the world where various people come and go!

We can accept people who travel between Tokyo and other regions for business, those who travel a lot overseas, and those who are short-term.

Of course, for those who are interested in share houses and those who live for the first time! !!

What does a share house look like? You may feel uneasy for the first time.

First of all, how about just a preview?  House manager Kinoshita will guide you carefully.

    Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
