This time, we would like to introduce First House Mizonokuchi 100+a, a share house where women can live in peace!

This share house is open to both men and women, and the first and second floors are shared.
However, the 3rd floor is a women-only floor, providing a safe environment for women to live in.

There are two types of rooms!
One is carpet type and the other is wood flooring type.
The size of the room is the same (13㎡), and a veranda and closet are provided regardless of the type of room.

Of course, furniture (desk, chair, bed, storage shelves) and appliances (refrigerator, air conditioner) are also included.

The rent for a carpeted type room is ￥54,000 and the common service fee is ￥20,000.

And there are 2 shoe boxes in each room at the entrance,
You can store about 8 pairs of sneakers or pumps!

And wow, there is a fitness room in the property!

You can also do aerobic exercise such as jogging or walking, either to a quiet residential area or to the downtown area in front of the station, depending on your mood on any given day♪
There is also a bicycle parking lot right in front of the entrance of the property, so cycling is also an option◎.

Incidentally, there are several full-fledged gyms within walking distance of the property, so if you want to work out hard, we recommend you to go there as well♪

Also, in the room in front of the living room, there is a box for seasonings.
It is not easy to carry salt, soy sauce, etc. from the third floor to the first floor, is it?

And enjoy your cooked food in the large, open living room!

A large TV is also installed so you can enjoy your meal while watching a movie or drama.

Outside that living room window is a terrace that we are very proud of!
