A large international exchange share house with a total of 79 rooms,

located in a residential area just a 7-minute walk from Nishi Ogikubo Station on the JR Chuo Line Rapid

and JR Chuo and Sobu Lines, has finally OPENED!

The entrance is auto-locked and can be opened with a number key.

There are also security cameras inside and outside the entrance for added security!

Once inside, there are mailboxes for each room and a delivery box.

The white color scheme gives the building a clean feeling ♪

Once inside, you will find a spacious entrance hall. This is often used as a place to relax while looking out over the courtyard

or as a meeting place for residents who have become friends.

Of course, you can also spend time here reading or having a cup of coffee.

The courtyard was originally bordered by soot, but has been nicely finished with artificial grass!

The bricks and colorful flowers make it more gorgeous♪

Chairs and tables are also placed in the courtyard so that visitors can enjoy the breeze.

At night, it is lit up and covered with a fantastic atmosphere.

Just at the end of the hall is an open-plan dining space with a 65-inch TV!

We have prepared a variety of furniture including high tables, café tables, sofas, and dining tables.

You can freely use them according to your mood at the time.♪ You can also look forward to watching sports together on the large TV!

There are a total of 6 kitchen units.
For 79 rooms, you may think, “Isn’t 6 units too few?” You might think, “Isn’t six kitchen units too few for 79 rooms?
Some people leave the house early in the morning, while others take it a little slower in the morning.
The same is true at night; some are at the House in the evening,

while others use it late at night, so you will find the House more comfortable than you might imagine!

You can also see the courtyard from the island kitchen, so you can enjoy cooking while feeling somewhat safe and relaxed ♪

Of course, we have a full set of kitchen utensils, so you don’t have to worry!

We also have a microwave oven and toaster by Barmuda♪
Other appliances such as rice cookers are also available, making the kitchen a very well-equipped kitchen, which is not easy to find for a single person living alone!

It has been renovated while retaining some of the shape of the main bath.

The actress mirror makes it possible to prepare yourself for the morning or evening, and the faintly bright space allows you to cool off after your shower.
This space is only available to women, so you can stretch your wings!

There are also a total of four men-only showers.
In the men-only shower area, there is a cool-looking washbasin.
You can get ready in the morning in a cool way!

There are 5 showers on the 2nd floor for women only and 1 shower on the 4th floor. There are 5 showers on the 2nd floor for women only and 1 shower on the 4th floor for men only. There are 3 unisex showers.

There is a fitness room on the 2nd floor, equipped with a balance ball, bench, dumbbells, yoga mat, and aerobic bike.
Basically, you can use the room freely, but we ask that you please be mindful of noise during the night!
It is still very cold, but it is hard to go for a run outside…
The aerobic bike is a great way to get a good aerobic workout!
Although it is often thought to strengthen the legs, the aerobike is a good full-body workout because it also uses upper body muscles such as grip strength and abdominal muscles to maintain balance!
After the cardio workout, I do muscle training with dumbbells (the reverse order is easier to get the fat-burning effect) and relax with yoga…
It’s a very fulfilling experience, isn’t it?
There is also a mirror so you can check your body and muscles. LOL!
