Summer is over, it is getting much cooler, and we can smell the scent of fall!

The big event at the end of October is ???

 

 

 

Yes!!!!

 

 

HALLOWEEN !!!!

Halloween parties are being held at each property, and here we would like to report on one at First House Takaido Suginami!

 

Here’s look at the party!

Preparations needed to be made,

First, we prepared many drinks for the residents to enjoy.

 

And stand by for salads and snacks !

 

 

The start time was at 5pm, but this party, which I went to on a Friday,

Maybe because it was a weekday, there were not many people at first.

 

Gradually, we gathered.

I noticed that everyone was having a Mario Kart party!

 

As one would expect from such a close-knit house, everyone is staring intently at the same spot lol

You can feel the spirit of serious competition!!!

Everyone was just so cute! They looked so nice in their costumes that I kept calling them “cute!

 

 

And,

 

 

We, the staff, do our best to do the dishes lol

Of course, staff members also participate in costume!

 

 

Here are the residents!

We could not take many pictures because some people were not good at taking pictures, but we had about 10 residents and their friends, about 30 people in total.

 

The residents have always gotten along very well with each other, but this was a memorable event that further strengthened the bond between them (^^)

 

First House Takaido Suginami, where this event was held, starts at 70,000 yen including rent, water, electricity, gas, and other utilities.

 

The property boasts excellent access to Tokyo, with Shimokitazawa just 15 minutes away and Shinjuku and Shibuya about 20 minutes away. The property is very popular and is often fully occupied.

 

There are many foreign residents, so it is perfect for those who want to learn a language!

    Renewal Open in March 20th!!

    Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

    In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

  • Firsthouse Omori（6 min to Shinagawa Sta. 22 min to Akihabara Sta.）

    Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
