share house in Japan, Tokyo. [interwhao] > Happiness Report > Interview to tenants > Interview by a newsletters company to the resident of Ma Maison Gakugeidaigaku
Hello!
Last week, there was a interview to a resident of Ma Maison Gakugeidaigaku held by a newsletters company.
They are curious about how foreigners who work in a different country, Tokyo, Japan, and how people work in Japan from the perspective of foreigners.
The resident who had the interview is from India, working in the field of IT in Japan.
She said, “I didn’t know anything about Japan and how the life in Japan is like but I met many Japanese people in this sharehouse and people from overseas who work in Japan just like me. This helps me lead a life in Japan, and I can share the life and time with other foreigners and Japanese here. This is the merit of sharehouse.”
Even if you are anxious about being in first Japan and if someone is there, you can listen to other residents’ worries and troubles and they can listen to yours.
It is not always just a place to live in, but it is also a place for new exchanges.
Around Gakugeidaigku station, there are many fashionable and attractive shops, restaurants and cafes.
Residents altogether can walk around and enjoy such this town. This is also the merit of living in a sharehouse; residents can do the same thing together.
It is not just walking around the station but going for shopping together is also fun.
I myself again realized that I would like to support them more than we have done for more convenient and relaxing share-life for foreigners in Japan.
It is a women only sharehouse in Meguro-Ward, 7 min walk from Gakugeidaigaku station in Tokyu Toyoko Line.
Daikanyama and Jiyuugaoka, where many young people visit here since there are lots of funny, cute, and cool shops and restaurants, are very close to Gakugeidaigaku station, and are directly connected to the Yokohama Station and Shibuya Station, which are very convenient and making you more flexible.
A special feature is that all the rooms are equipped with the same equipment as a one-room type kitchen, therefore, it is like a semi-private room.
So a resident share only toilet, shower, and washing machine, and it is more private than other sharehouses.
Since you can dominate a kitchen, it must be the good environment for those who love cooking.
Current rooms are;
●9.5㎡:67,500 yen
●10.8㎡: 70,500 yen
This is very cheap rent compared to a property with this size of a room in Meguro-Ward.
If you are interested in this semi-one room type of sharehouse, please feel free to inquiry or just asking a question is also fine!
I really recommend this property to those who are worried about the initial cost to moving in, guarantor, and so on because you just need rent, utilities fee, and handling fee in moving in!
Renewal Open in March 20th!!
Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.
In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.
Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori. Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!
The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
