Hi, I’m Kato in charge of Firsthouse Takaido Suginami.

It’s been a hot summer this year, but how are you all?

I usually stay home, but if there is something delicious and cold, I’m happy to go out!!＾＾

At Firsthouse Takaido Suginami, the residents make effective use of the shared space while avoiding the crowds.

Everybody spends their time in the living room, such as those doing remote work, eating and studying.

Residents said it would become comfortable when we prepared a table so that they could spend their time on the balcony.

I will also introduce other common areas and rooms!

The kitchen is safe because you can cook at a distance!

There is also a counter so you can feel like you’re in the bar!

The living room is spacious, so you can enjoy each space!

The working table in the living room can also be used as a table tennis table! Of course, we prepared a table tennis set ^ ^

There are various designs such as walls, floors and furniture depending on the room!

The floor space is about 8 tatami mats and the desk is large enough for work!

 

Even during the corona virus, you can make effective use of the shared space and spend each time according to the situation!

Firsthouse Takaido Suginami is a highly recommended house for those who want to spend their time meaningfully while looking for a share house.^ ^

 

By the way, it seems that people are more likely to stay at home due to the recent intense heat as well.

In such a hot summer, I want to eat something cold and cool!

Therefore, this time I took some photos that introduces the recommended spots around this area and that makes you feel cool, so please enjoy until the end!

 

This time we will introduce the spots in Kichijoji that are close to the property!

You can reach Kichijoji within 10 minutes by Keio Inokashira Line from Fujimigaoka station, the nearest station to the property!

It’s hot outside but when we enter the arcade, it gets cooler and there are lots of cold things like ice and tapioca.

A popular dumpling shop at Harmonica Yokocho for lunch!

We walked quite a bit in the heat of the summer, so I took a short break at a store specializing in shaved ice.

The menu in the store was very popular so we had to wait for 5 hours because of a lot of reservations

So we got blueberry milk shaved ice to go!

Reservation must be done if you want to go…

Finally we came to Inokashira Park! We kept the best position overlooking the pond from the shaded bench! !!

That’s all about the Kichijoji spot! It’s a recommended spot to go cool even in summer. ＾＾
