Ma Maison Gakugeidaigaku 1F Living room upgrade!!! - share house in Japan, Tokyo. [interwhao]

Hello everyone!

How are you doing?

The temperature is gradually rising in Japan so I fell that summer is coming.

I have just completed a small renovation of a property for the first time!

The property I renovated is Ma Maison Gakugei Daigaku!

The property is in a great location,  7-min walk from Gakugei Daigaku Station!

This is a women-only property, so women can live in this house with peace of mind!

Ma Maison Gakugei Daigaku has a living room on the first floor, a landing on the second floor, and a living room, toilet, and bath on the third and fourth floors!

This time, we will renovate the living room on the first floor!

Actually, I’ve been wanting to do some work on it since I joined the company.(´・ω・)

Firstly I replaced floor seat!!

But from here, we will install decorations and rugs to get nice vibes!

You can enjoy it alone or with your friends!

Next is indirect lighting and a table!

Both are so cute!

I think it’s a good idea to only turn on the indirect lighting at night…

Also, I had a hard time finding a round rug of this size ( ;∀;)

Next are dried flowers!

This also fits the atmosphere of Ma Maison Gakugei Daigaku, a women’s only property!

The living room still had the smell of cushion floor glue,

After installing a diffuser, the smell was gone,

It has become a space where you would like to relax forever. 、、、、( *´艸｀)
