Opening Party @ Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a!!

★This sharehouse “Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a” with 62 rooms is 60th sharehouse for us. So we celebrate it as the opening party!!

As we were preparing the party from noon, residents helped us preparing dishes, shopping, and so on.

The house is huge, and if all people participated in the party, it might not be going well…This time, about 30 people joined the party.

We’d really appreciate all of your help!

The party began a little bit earlier than other party. Usually, the party starts around at 7 PM because that time is when most of residents come back home. But everyone seemed to be looking forward to this party. Not only residents but also their friends joined this party.

The house just opened so not everyone know each other, so we gave them the name tag. “I’m 〇〇, Room No. 〇〇. Nice to meet you” We could hear this conversation many times. This party seemed to be a good opportunity for them.

There is a bluetooth speaker in the living room, and we played music by iphone. But we didn’t notice that the battery of iphone run out because everyone talked a lot each other. Looks so nice atmosphere!

The living room of this house is very very huge. Residents eat foods, study, and read a book usually but this is like cafe or bar!

Even though some residents came back home as soon as they finished work and joined us, we forgot to take a picture of all participants…

Residents are 20’s and 30’s. In May, there are some residents who just started the new job and started the new life, so there is the environment to residents communicating and talking about work and private story.

There are both foreign residents who are learning Japanese, and Japanese who dream to work in a foreign country. So it was a good chance to exchange and share the information for them.

At the end of the party, they already request the next party. What do you guys wanna do next!?

We would like to create the atmosphere with more fantastic relationship between residents and new people.

Mizonokuchi is in Kawasaki city, Kanagawa Prefecture.

It is 14 minutes ride on train from Shibuya station, Tokyo. So the most of residents work in Tokyo as engineer, IT, media, and English teacher. And some of residents learn Japanese at language school, or go to Japanese university.
