Opening Party @ Firsthouse Takaido Suginami!! - share house in Japan, Tokyo. [interwhao]

Hello, I’m Kato, the house manager.

I’m feeling good since it is getting cooler at night.

This summer, every one of our staff was devoting their power and time to creating this sharehouse.

And we finally opened this big sharehouse!!

The house name is “Firsthouse Takaido Suginami”

It takes about only 5min walk from the nearest station, which is “Fujimigaoka station” in Keiou Line, and it is very convenient to access to “Shibuya” and “Shinjuku”.

As soon as it has opened and got full thanking to all of residents, we did “Opening Party” here!

One of residents who are from France does sommelier as a job, so he brought some wines for us!!

Those were very delicious!

This time, one of our staff who is good at cooking prepared and decorated meals with vegetables, fruits, and meats!

Everyone liked the meals and the dishes became empty quickly, so the staffs were to busy to cook…lol

There is a ping pong table in the house.

You know what, this table can become a normal table as that residents can work with laptop or study here.

I mean this room can be a working space.

But anyway, it is ping pong table so let’s just do this!!

There was a sense of tension that you cannot make mistakes because of team play!

The ratio of residents in sex are 50:50 (men : women) so it takes good balance now!

Also, the ratio of residents in nationalities (Japanese and foreigners) is 50:50!

The image of this sharehouse is like a cafe in west coast of America. Then half of residents are from foreign countries, so we can naturally hear English with international atmosphere. So don’t hesitate to live in here!
