Walking around @Kinshicho

Hello!

This is Omata from Interwhao.

The rainy season’s over, and summer’s here!

I know I say the same thing every year, but I really hate summer !

Well, this time, I took a walk around the very livable town of [Kinshicho]!

Please come along with me!

★Kinshicho Station★

Both the north and south exits of this station are beautiful!

You can see right away how accessible it is!

How convenient!

 

Continuing on, I’ll show you the area around the station as well!

★PARCO

One minute from the south exit of Kinshicho station!

It’s a famous shopping mall!

There are game centers, LOFT, movie theaters, many clothing stores, and cafes for all ages and genders to enjoy!

 

★OIOI

Right in front of the south exit of Kinshicho station!

It’s another famous shopping mall!

You can buy fresh fish here!

 

★OLINAS

Three minutes walk from the north exit of Kinshicho Station!

This is the biggest shopping mall in Kinshicho!

On holidays, it’s packed with people!

 

★ Kinshi Park★

Two minutes walk from the station!

Surrounded by greenery in a large park, good for a walk♪

There are also food stalls on weekends and holidays, although this is irregular.

 

★Kameido Tenzinjya★

Ten minutes walk from the station!

Surprisingly bigger than I imagined!

You can even see the Sky Tree from the precincts

I like coming to shrines because it makes me feel like I’m on a school trip!

 

★Soramachi@Sky Tree

About 20 minutes walk from the Share house!

It’s at Sky Tree!

There are many facilities inside, you can enjoy all day long!

At Skytree, you can not only climb the Skytree.

There’s also a lot of stores, an aquarium, restaurants, and more!

 

★ Sumida Gawa River

Very close to Sky Tree!

You can enjoy jogging while looking at the Skytree!

Looks like a nice place to be on a nice day!

There’s also a café here, so you might as well take a break and have a tea break!

There are many more places I would like to introduce, but there are too many to mention!

 

Kinshicho is a great place to live!

    Renewal Open in March 20th!!

    Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

    In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

  • Firsthouse Omori（6 min to Shinagawa Sta. 22 min to Akihabara Sta.）

    Firsthouse Omori is only 8 min walk from Omori station in JR Keihin Tohoku Line where it is 2 next stops from Shinagawa station. You can go to Yokohama station by train for 18 min. Therefore, it’s very easy to go not only to Tokyo direction but to Yokohama area!Supermarkets, convenience stores, and drug store are very close to the sharehouse so this environment must be convenient compared to other areas in Omori.  Common spaces and some rooms have been renovated in 2017, so you may really like this sharehouse!

    The size of all rooms are about 10㎡ with good sunshine!! Shower rooms and bathrooms are separated in men and women. And the entrance is electric auto-locked so the security is good!! Since it is close to the station, it is convenient to go for shopping at a supermarket, convenience stores, book stores, drug stores, cafes, and so on.
