Welcome Party in Ma・Maison Hakuraku (Women only sharehouse)

★The way from Hakuraku Station to “Ma・Maison Hakuraku”★

“Hakuraku” station is in Tokyu Toyoko Line, which is one of the most popular trains since it goes from Yokohama area to Shibuya and other main cities of Tokyo.

Then, Hakuraku is only 3 stations away from Yokohama station.

You can go to “Shibuya”, “Daikanyama”, “Nakameguro”, and “Jiyugaoka” directly so it would be very nice to go shopping and work (Those cities have many fashionable shops and restaurants, and they are the cities that the trend of the young start)

7 min walk from Hakuraku station to the house, there is Japanese nostalgic and retro shopping street with some new and old restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, bakery and so on. Also, there is a university near the station so this town is full of young energy.

There are sometimes night flea market along this shopping street.

★Ma・Maison Hakuraku

Ma・Maison Hakuraku is women only sharehouse with cute appearance and structure. The appearance is far from Japanese style. It is like European style.

As you enter the house, you’ll see wide entrance and stairs. Rooms and hallways are also large size. For Japanese, we feel like we live in a foreign country.

The wide kitchen, shower with bathtub, 2 bathrooms…you would love these utilities!

This time, new sharehouse mates joined us so we held Welcome Party!

More and More International!!

In this Ma・Maison Hakuraku, the ratio of foreigners is higher than its Japanese! So if you come to Japan for the first time, you don’t have to worry about. If you live in this house, other foreign residents will help you.

As they request, we prepared “Takoyaki” (One of the most popular Japanese snack in the shape of little round balls which contains pieces of octopus)

Some of residents came home early so we went shopping to get everything for Takoyaki and Party.

This Takoyaki Party seemed to be the first time for foreigners, so this have must been good experience. It is Takoyaki but it is interesting to put other things into a round ball such as chocolate, wasabi, and something unique.) They wanted to do Russian Roulette. This was kind of game and fun!

Most of them are English teachers but they said they were learning Japanese.

Japanese learn English through this kind of party and communication, and so do foreigners.

Before this party, both of them were hesitated to talk because the language is different but they got to become friends through this party. And this is women only sharehouse. Residents are all women. This is the only common part between them. So even the language is different, they understand each other in terms of many things. There is no border if there is one common thing!

New sharehouse mates got to know each other through this event. We hope that Japanese and foreigners come and live in this sharehouse, that residents enjoy and share many things. We can say that’s the goal in terms of managing sharehouses.

Most of residents come and live in Japanese sharehouse for the first time.

English is ok to our staff. Even if you have a trouble with your work, private matters, and so on, we will help you as much as possible.

Again, Hakuraku station is only 3 stations from Yokohama stations. (about 4 min from Yokohama)
