First House Omori, we have newly established a working room for remote work and home work.

I have briefly summarized the flow to completion, so please have a look.

Originally two rooms were demolished and moved to the working room ….

I made drawings and had many meetings with carpenters and craftsmen, and finally it came into shape.

The entrance to the working room is randomly pasted with floor tiles on a stylish wall.

Commitment point 1 Work desk that protects privacy

We have 3 separate desks with partitions to protect your privacy.

A wall-mounted light with a switch to illuminate each desk.

Since it has a partition, you can keep a distance from other people.

Commitment point 2 Cafe-style counter

Unlike the three separate desks, it looks like a cafe counter.

Acrylic plates and 3 chairs are provided on the counter to avoid the crowding of 3 people, avoiding the situation of Corona.

After the corona, we increased the number of chairs and imagined a space where residents could work together and be in a cafe where they could naturally gather.

Commitment point 3 Relaxing space

If you get tired from a little work, you can rest on the sofa in the back.

It’s not a lively scene where a lot of people gather right now, but after the convergence, while sitting on the sofa You can also talk with each other.

further! A wall-mounted whiteboard was installed in front of the sofa.

You can freely write small meetings and things you want to share with other residents.

Commitment point 4 Staff handmade art board

When you enter the working room, the entire side wall of the entrance is a black board.

The staff thought about all the designs and colors, and actually tried painting.

In fact, the equipment and decorations used in the working room this time were devised by reusing the ones that were in other properties!

We also reused the resources left over from the construction work on the wall surface on the corridor side *.

We installed a lot of fake greens on the top of the counter desk.

Green has healing, relaxing and calming effects, doesn’t it?

I want everyone to work while relaxing. We installed it with such a thought in mind.

8 minutes walk from Omori station! 6 minutes to Shinagawa. Omori is also a business district because many companies are scattered around the station.
