It’s only 14 min to Shibuya station from Mizonokuchi station!! Compared to other properties in Mizonokuchi area, Firsthouse Mizonokuchi 100+a is very reasonable and attractive property in terms of cost, size, and facilities! Residents are in their 20’s and 30’s of age and the house is very international and lively. We recommend this sharehouse to the beginner of sharehouse as well.  There must be somebody in the lounge every night, and they may talk to you like “Welcome back!”. You cannot have this experience when you live alone. This sharehouse must be fun and relaxing for you!

For the property, there is a small kitchen in each room, so if you like cooking, you can cook anything you want without caring about other residents.

Ma Maison Gakugei Daigaku is about 7 min walk from Gakugei Daigaku station in Tokyu Toyoko Line where it is only 7 min train from Shibuya station. The area of Gakugei Daigaku is  one of the most popular areas among young girls and famous people because there are lots of fashionable shops around the station.

New opening late June 2019! The interior is completely renovated, and was born in a place where is 5-minute walk from Fujimigaoka station in Keio Inokashira Line! Even though this place is in Tokyo, there is a quiet environment around the station and the sharehouse. You can stop by 24-hour supermarkets and convenience stores very close to the sharehouse! The size of rooms is rich in variation from 4.5 to 8 tatami mats (about 8~14㎡), and the wallpaper and floor materials make it a fashionable property with design! There is no need to worry about security because the entrance is automatic closed. And bathroom and shower room arr divided into men’s and women’s, so it’s easier to use. Also, because there is a playroom and working space, you can naturally interact with other residents!

At Firsthouse Futako Tamagawa along Tama River, you can see fireworks from the house (depending on rooms) in Summer. There is also a public space for BBQ along the river, so you can enjoy it with other residents.  Futako Tamagawa is one of the most popular towns in Tokyo since there are lots of fashionable stores and many Japanese famous people enjoy here for shopping and restaurants.

The nearest station, Nishi-Chofu Station on the Keio Line, is just a 4-minute walk away! The direct connection to Shinjuku and Shibuya is great but also the Keio Line can easily take you to popular areas, Kichijoji and Shimokitazawa. The property has a free bicycle parking lot. Since there are several universities nearby, this property is also recommended for students.

There are convenience stores, fitness gyms, commercial supermarkets, botanical gardens, and parks near the station and around the property, making this an environment where you can relax both physically and mentally.

Firsthouse Haneda Otorii is close to the entrance to the world which is Haneda Intenational Terminal station with 4 min for 3 stops. Also, you can come to the house without waiting for the traffic light with only 3 min walk. 14 min for Shinagawa station, and 28 min for Higashi Ginza station.

In this nice place for a good for international job, a room in the 2nd floor is 13.8㎡, and one in the 1st floor is 12㎡. The shower room and water sink is only for women in the 2nd floor.

Haneda Library is close to the house by 2 min walk so you can read a book and relax in holidays.

First House Nakayama is the share house in an environment surrounded by plants. There is a park called “Shikinomori Kouen” in the immediate vicinity. If you live in this property you will be easy to jog or enjoy. Zoorasia, the most famous zoo in Kanagawa Prefecture, can be reached by bus from Nakayama station. There are supermarkets and convenience stores in the surroundings of the station as well as a gym.

This open-minded sharehouse was created from zero!  Kitchen and living room are in the same space. And once you enter the house, you’ll see the living room where international residents interact with each other almost every day. Because most residents are friendly, we recommend this sharehouse to a beginner to live in a sharehouse. There is a convenience store right next to the house (It’s 0 min!!). Kita-Matsudo station itself is not that big but you will find many ramen shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, and drug stores.
